1.   Q : How do your custom orders work?

2.     Q:How can I contact your customer service team?

3)    Q:When will my order be shipped out? 

A: Shipping is every Saturday! 

 

4)     Q: Do you offer Returns and Refunds? 

A: Yes, Please check our Product Return and Refund Policy to know more. 

 

5)     Q: What if I receive a damaged product? 

A: Please email glowiiscape@outlook.com with your order number including a video and photos of the fault. The pictures/videos of the product must show that the product is unused, has all the tags intact. 

  

7)     Q:Do you offer discounts and promotions?

9)     Q:Is it possible to change or cancel an order? 

A:Please contact me immediately if you need to change or cancel your order but we unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order after item has shipped out.

 

10)      Q:What payment gateways do you provide? 

A: I have partnered up with MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amex, etc.
